Terms of Use
- Welcome to DimeWise.com, operated by DimeWise, LLC ("DimeWise"). By using DimeWise.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service")
- DimeWise reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance DimeWise.com ("the Service") shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Serviceshall constitute your consent to such changes.
Terms
- By using the Service, you agree you are a person over 18 years of age.
- You must provide your legal full name and valid email address to complete the signup process.
- You are responsible for all content entered. You agree DimeWise shall not be liable for any loss or damage because of discrepancies between transactions entered in the Service and real-life account balances.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. DimeWise cannot be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect this information.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Account.
Fees
- After the 30-day free trial, you are required to provide a valid credit card to continue use of your Account. If, 30 days following the expiration of your free Account, you do not provide a valid credit card, the information contained within your Account will be deleted.
- A valid credit card is required for payment on all accounts.
- After the free 30-day trial following signup, you will be prompted to provide a valid credit card for payment. You will be billed when you provide this information, and will subsequently be billed on the same day of every month. If your initial payment occurs on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a given month, you will be billed on the first of each subsequent month.
- The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for months unused with an open account. No exceptions will be made.
Cancellation
- You are solely responsible for canceling your Account. Phone or email requests to cancel are not considered cancellation. To cancel, log in to your account, click "settings," and click "cancel my account."
- All of your content will be immediately deleted upon cancellation.
- If you cancel the Service before the end of the month for which you have already paid, you will not be billed again.
- DimeWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, and to refuse current or future use of the Service to any individual. Such termination will result in the deletion of all information contained in the Account.
Modification to the Service and Prices
- DimeWise reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
- Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from DimeWise. Such notice may be provided via the DimeWise site (www.dimewise.com) or via the Service itself.
General
- Use of the service is at your own risk.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by DimeWise.
- You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transfered unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
- DimeWise does not warrant that i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
- You expressly understand and agree that DimeWise shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) any other matter relating to the service.
- The failure of DimeWise to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and DimeWise and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and DimeWise (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
